Baikohken Ramen Restaurant was founded since in 1969 at Asahikawa,Hokkaido. We have 7 outlets in Japan, 2 outlets in Taiwan and 1 outlets in Hong Kong. In 2007, Baikohken Japanese Ramen Restaurant was jointly opened in Singapore. The Singapore restaurant is our first overseas outlet.The first outlet is opened at North Canal Rd and second outlet is opened at Takashimaya shopping mall, thereafter followed by third outlet will be opened at ONE KM.

We are specialize in Authentic Asahikawa (Hokkaido) ramen and is served by our 2 Japanese Chefs, who are specially brought from Japan.

Location : Takashimaya shopping mall – Unit #B2-01-04

For Full Time Staff

Salary range from $1,500 to $1,800 + OT (1.5times)

Example: Basic $1,600.00 + OT(1.5times) = $2,500.00

Full Time Assistant Cooks

•Assist in cooking and food preparation
•Ensure kitchen cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygience
•Assist branch manager and supervisor to ensure kitchen operation are carried smoothly and effectively.
•No experience as training is provided

Full Time Service Crews

•Responsible for ordering taking and serving of food and drinks

•Cash register transactions

•Providing excellent customer service

•No experience as training is provided

 

STAFF BENEFITS for Full Time Staff:

•Medical fee - $50 per month

•Annual Leave - 10 days

•Food hygience course provide after 3mth confirmation

•Insurance, meal and uniform provided

•Yearly Bonus 

Requirements:

•Able to work rotating shift 

•Able to work 6days a week 

•Singaporean only

For Part Time Staff

Monday to Friday

$8 per hour

(35 working hours per week)

                 

Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday

$9 per hour

(35 working hours per week)

Part Time Service Crews

Part Time Kitchen Crews
