FUGETSU is the Japanese OKONOMIYAKI Restaurant at SUNTEC CITY.

Since the opening of the  first restaurant over 60 years, Fugetsu has maintained the same quality and standards of Okonomiyaki which now has become one of the iconic and cultural staple food of Osaka, Japan.

What is Okonomiyaki?

Especially popular in western part of Japan stemming from the Kansai region, the closest way to describe “Okonomiyaki” may be to call it as a Japanese incarnation of pizza or savory crepe. Fresh vegetables, meat, fish and/or shellfish are mixed into the batter and poured onto the griddle. Once it is thoroughly cooked, a special sauce – together with mayonnaise – is brushed on top along with a topping of dried bonito flakes to perfect the dish. Okonomiyaki has been craved by many tourists who’s had the dish in Japan, and we are excited to bring the authentic Fugetsu Okonomiyaki to our customers in the Singapore!

Can’t Miss the Noodles

Another signature dish at Fugetsu is “Yakisoba” (stir fry noodles). The biggest characteristics of the noodle is its thickness, measuring over 1/8″ after being boiled. The smooth surface and solid but mochi-like texture is so favorable that one can enjoy the noodle right out of the boiling pot.

From $2,300-$2,600/month (depends on experience)+OT

*Experienced in Singapore F&B required..

*Experienced in Japanese F&B are welcomed.

② Full Time Shop Crew

★Kitchen / Service Crew

$1,800-$2,300/month (depends on experience)

*Experienced in Singapore F&B will be advantageous.

*Beginners are welcomed.

★Working Hours

*Flexible and negotiable (opening at 10:00a,, closing at 10:30pm)

③ Part Time Shop Crew

★Kitchen / Service Crew

From $8-$12/hour (depends on experience)

*Beginners are welcomed.

*Working Hours : 5:30pm - 10:30pm

*More than 3months commitment required

*Weekend (Fri, Sat, PH ) Part Time available.
