HITSUJI CLUB is the New concept Japanese BBQ shop opening later this Winter at Circular Rd (near Raffles Place/Clark Quay Mrt).

The New concept Japanese BBQ is a Japanese dish called jingisukan (Genghis Khan)  or Mongolian lamb barbecue.

You can enjoy some of the Japanese local specialties, such as Sapporo jingisukan (Genghis Khan) barbecue.

The origin of jingisukan dates back roughly 70 years, when Hokkaido's residents first began eating the meat from sheep that they sheered for their wool.

Now, the typical jingisukan dish consists of lamb cooked with plenty of vegetables in a round metal skillet with a bulge in the middle.

*Salary $1600 -$2400 (based on experience)

*No experience can also apply, with starting salary of $1500.

*Average working hrs/Week - 44-48 hrs

*Staff meals

*Over time is paid for longer working hours.

*6 day work week.

*$7-$10 per hour

*Must commit at least 3 hours a day.

*3pm - 6 pm  or at least 3 hours during working hours :6pm - 12 midnight  

*No experience required
