The Group operates a chain of restaurants in Singapore serving authentic Japanese fare under various brands such as “Ajisen Ramen”, “Aoba”, “Botejyu”, “Kazokutei” and “Menya Musashi” as well as concept stalls under the “Botejyu Yatai” and “Ajisen Ramen” brands in selected food courts in Singapore.

We're hiring the following positions@HQ:

① Accounts manager

From $4,000-$5,000 / month (Depending on experience)

*Working hour: Monday to Friday (from 9am to 6pm)

Requirements:

*3 years experience

*Able know to use Navision

*Accounting Degree and ACCA

② Accounts assistant

From $1800-$2000 / month (Depending on experience)

*Working hour: Monday to Friday (from 9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

*Manage full set of account

*Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities

*Preparation of intercompany billing, bank reconciliation, month end schedules

*Preparation of GST report

*Perform data entries

*AR/AP process and verify invoices related

*Liaise with external and internal parties on discrepancies of invoices

*Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned

*Some administrative works

Requirements:

*ITE/ LCCI Higher Accounting/ Diploma/ ACCA or posses relevant accounting experience

1 year working experience in accounting, preferably with audit experience or in similar

capacity in F&B

*Excellent knowledge of accounting fundamentals and controls

*Positive attitude, independent, organized, self-motivated and demonstrate good initiative

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

*Experience in Navision

*Meticulous and detail oriented

*Positive attitude, independent, organized, self-motivated and able to work as a team

*Able to start work immediately or within short notice

③ Admin cum Purchasing Assistant

From $1,800 ~ $2,000 / month (Depending on experience)

*Working hour: Monday to Friday (from 9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

*Provide purchasing operations and admin support to the department

*Foolow up on orders and purchases

*Assist in data entry into the system

*Assist in sourcing for suppliers, analyzr quotation and review product quality

*Attend to any ac-hoc projects as required by the management

*Assist in administrative duties

*Familiar with NEA application

*Assist in reporting and collating information in Excel

Requirements:

*min GCE ‘O’ Levels, preferably with 1 year of working experience

*Experience in F&B purchasing would be preferred

*Strong in communication & negoatiation skills

*Able to work independently

*Able to start work immediately

④ Graphic Designer-cum-Marketing Assistant

$1800 / month

*Working hour: Monday to Friday (from 9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

*Assist in coordination and keeping track of production and delivery of

marketing and promotional materials

*Provide ad-hoc design (table menus/flyers/posters)

*Keep track of advertisement leases and contracts for monthly summary

report

*Liaise with external suppliers

Requirements:

*GCE 'A' Level/Diploma holder

*Fresh graduates most welcome

*Skilled in Photoshop

*Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and Power Point)

*Mature & responsible

*Able to work independently with initiative

*Organized & meticulous

*Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

while meeting tight deadlines

⑤ HR assistant

From $1600 ~ $1800 / month (Depending on experience)

*Working hour: Monday to Friday (from 9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

*Support on HR Processes and Policies and Procedures and assist in Administrative duties

*Maintain & update employees’ record in HR System

*Application of work passes, eg: WP,EP, DEP and S Pass

*Coordinate and liaise with and provide support to operations department

*Prepare monthly and daily punch card report

*Daily Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

*Must possess PC knowledge (Excel/Words/Powerpoint)

*Min. ‘O’ Level/cert in Office admin/HR or its equivalent

*Min. 2 year direct experience in a related capacity

*Knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and Labor Law

*Able to work independently with minimal supervision and organized with good initiatives

*Able to multi task and works well under pressure

*Able to converse in English and Mandarin

Ajisen Ramen was found at Kumamoto, Japan in 1968. Currently Ajisen Ramen already have 400 plus chain in worldwide. Ajisen Ramen targeted to open 1000 and above food chain worldwide. Ajisen Ramen is “World Ramen”, and the slogan of Ajisen is “ 安心 ,安全 健康“.

Botejyu was founded in 1946 in the gourmet city of Tamade, Osaka. Since then, our restaurant name has been protected as a registered trademark for over 60 years.The name “Botejyu” is derived from the rhythmic cooking sound of okonomiyaki. The first part of the name, “bote” comes from the flipping sound of an okonomiyaki being turned over with a metal spatula. The second part of the name, “jyu” represents the sound of the okonomiyaki sizzling on the teppan grill.

Kazokutei offers udon from both eastern and western Japan, with 2 different types of soup bases. Kokudashi Udon is from Eastern Japan where katsuo bushi (dried bonito) is typically used to make a stronger flavoured soup, while Shira Dashi Udon is from Western Japan where konbu (sea tangle) is generally used to make a sweeter taste soup.
