In Singapore, the first Long John Silver’s restaurant was opened in 1983 in response to the growing consumer demand for quick service restaurants.

Long John Silver’s unique concept of serving up signature batter-dipped fish, chicken and shrimp cooked in 100% high-quality canola oil has not only secured the position as one of the key players in the local fast food arena but also has enjoyed great patronage by the young and vibrant generation aged 15-35.

To date, we have 22 Long John Silver’s restaurants all over the island in major shopping complexes along the MRT networks at prime locations that enjoy excellent visibility.

①Asst Manager

•$1800-$2200/mth & above

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Manpower - ensure sufficient crew members to provide the best customer experience in terms of kitchen and counter staffing levels by doing recruitment, training and coaching
  • Inventory - Ordering, stock check, ensure condition of all delivery items are within specifications and ensure sufficient proper storage of all stocks
  • Cash - Responsible for the sales and cash float used during the shift, comply with all the Finance and Operations Dept cash-handling policies
  • Customer - Responsible to ensure our customers get the best service and experience by minimizing complaints, performing service recovery and giving recognition to staff based on customer compliments
  • Restaurant and Equipment - Ensure all equipment and the entire restaurant are fully-functioning, take actions to initiate repairs where necessary, etc
  • Sales - Build sales for your restaurant by motivating and training your staff in terms of speed of service and product quality

 

Requirements:-

  • Minimum GCE O Level
  • Minimum 1 year experience with an F&B player
  • Proficient in spoken and/or written English
  • Prior supervisory experience not compulsory
  • Management training provided with advancement prospects

 

Additional Information:-

  • 6 days/week, 8 hrs/day   (No overnight shifts)
  • Compensation commensurate depending on qualification and experience

②Floor Manager

•$1400/mth & above

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant to ensure the business grows successfully
  • Assisting in key duties in managing Finances, People, Logistic and In-store Marketing
  • Passion for advancement is a quality that you'll need to possess
  • Honesty and reliability is a must-have as you'll be managing cash controls procedures
  • Assist to maintain inventory, manage labour and implement national/local marketing plans
  • Execute all operational duties during his/her shift
     

Requirements:-

  • Minimum GCE N Level
  • Minimum 1 year experience with an F&B player
  • Proficient in spoken and/or written English
  • Prior supervisory experience not compulsory
  • Management training provided with advancement prospects

  • 6 days/week, 8 hrs/day (No overnight shifts)

③Service Crew (Part-Time/Full-Time)

•Part Time:$5-$7.3 / hr & above

*At least  2 days/week

*Flexible working hours

 

•Full Time:$1,000/mth & above

Job Responsibilities:-

Front Line:

  • Greet customers, take orders, suggest and recommend appropriately
  • Attend and respond to the customers’ requests promptly and professionally

 

Back Line:

  • Assist in cooking, food preparation or daily operations at the back kitchen.
  • Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene.
  • Maintain the standards of quality service and products
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and sanitary environment for customers

 

Requirements:-

 

  • Training will be provided for non-experienced candidates
  • Candidates should have a good working attitude
  • Hardworking and possess great service attitude
  • Outgoing & friendly personality, cheerful disposition

*Long-Term Visit Pass+(LTVP+) 

The Long Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+) scheme, which comes into effect on 1 April 2012,  is designed for foreign spouses of Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR). Foreign spouses of SCs who submit applications for LTVP would automatically be considered for LTVP+ if they are eligible.
