Shipping Officer @ Tuas & Clementi
- Salary $2,000 - 2,800/month
- 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5:45PM)
- $100 transport / $125 motorbike allowance*
- Position allowance $80
*Only 1 transport allowance will be given at any one time

Job description:
1) Handle booking acceptance from customers and from team members
2) Arranged and coordinate import/export shipments according to customer’s requirements including its documentations
3) Create booking with carriers / Co-Loader accordingly
4) Work closely with overseas agents / offices, various Loaders /co-loaders and vendors to support
5) Counter check proper shipment documentations such as Invoices and Bills of Lading
6) Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer’s request
7) Forwarding of shipment information or pre-alerts to destinations agents or offices
8) Update and track each shipments till it arrival at destination
9) Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices
10)Attend and responds on customers inquiry
11)Foster and maintain customer relationship to its fullest
12)Tradeweb/ Tradenet permit declaration knowledge
