Since then Saint Marc Café has provided good quality service, vibrant atmosphere, freshly brewed coffee and other varieties of drinks, and freshly-baked breads for a reasonable price.

① Full-Time Bartender

•from $1,800/month and above

•No experience can also apply, with starting salary of $1,800.

•Average working hrs/Week - 44-48 hrs

•Over time allowance if the company needed.

•5.5 working days per week

★Location is Only for Bakery & Bar St.Marc @East Coast Parkway

Responsibilities:

Storage and disposal of food

Testing Recipes and Creating New Recipes As and when necessary

Recording Supply Use

Clean and prepare cooking station

Food preparation

Maintain Sanitation Standards

② Cafe Supervisor

•$2,000- $2,500 /month (Based on experience)

•Working hours per week 44 - 48hours

•8 hrs / day, 1 hr break during working hrs.

•1.5 rotation rest day / week

Responsibilities:

Able to handle all station, food preparation

Stock checking, inventory management

Able to guide Service Line Crews

★Location is all outlets

③ Full-Time Service Line Crews

•$1,600-$2,000 /month (based on experience)

•No experience can also apply, with starting salary of $1,600.

•Average working hrs/Week - 44-48 hrs

•Over time allowance if the company needed.

•5.5 working days per week

④ Part-Time Service Line Crews

•$8-$12 / hour (based on experience)


•More than 4 hours / day during working hours (9 am ~ 10 pm) 

•More than 3 days’ work / week


•No experience required (experiences would be an advantage) 

•Able to work on weekends and public holidays
