Takumen is the one and the only ramen shop in Singapore, providing various kinds of tasty ramen which you can never taste in anywhere outside of Japan.  Takumen also has a mission to promote Japan's rich and diversed ramen culture to the people in Singapore.

Takumen’s 30 plus seat contemporary dining space, housed in a 1930s shophouse on Circular Road, is the first brick-and-mortar outlet of Japan’s only online ramen store, which is also called Takumen (www.takumen.com).  The concept of this shop is "little ramen museum" by offering six popular Japanese ramen brands, all of them have never gone outside of Japan yet, painstakingly recreated at our central kitchen in Sembawang.

The shop is conveniently located in Raffles Place to attract many business people and tourists.  Its neighbourhood, Circular Road, is transforming to be a cool dining spot in few months time.  Takumen will surely be one of the exciting dining additions on the street.

Takumen also operates a pop-up shop at the popular Japanese pub The Public Izakaya 2 in Tanjong Pagar.

Takumen is hiring fun and friendly staff to join our Cental Kitchen (location: Sembawang) to produce those unique ramen brands, and our Shop (location: Raffles Place) to promote Japan's rich gastronomic culture in Singapore together!

①Full-Time Shop cum Kitchen Crew (AVAILABLE)

We are looking for a long-term staff whom is able to commit to the job. The job scope may include customer service, cash tendering, food preparation (ramen/udon/tendon)/maintenance/housekeeping of shop.

Salary is dependent on experience and work attitude towards the job.

②Full-Time Central Kitchen Crew (NOT AVAILABLE NOW)

We are looking for a long-term staff whom is able to commit to the job. The job scope may include basic food handling/packaging/upkeep and duties/tasks assigned by our Manager.  Salary is dependent on experience and work attitude towards the job.

PART TIME AVAILABLE from $8 - $11/hour depending on experience and work attitude.
