TONKOTSU KAZAN , originated of Osaka Japan, is the special Japanese Ramen Restaurant in Singapore. Our signature dish is Ishiyaki Ramen (Hot Stone-Roast Ramen) which allows our customers to enjoy piping pod soup till the last drops.

TONKOTSU KAZAN only use the finest ingredients to make its famous TONKOTSU Soup (Pork Borth). We spend long hours simulating finest pork borns and other ingredients to create a flavor and taste that you can never get enough of it !.

We're recruiting following positions:

Full-Time Kitchen Staff / Service Staff / Asst Managet

*$1,700 〜 2,400 / month (Depending on experience) 

*Salary will commensurate with working hour and experience.

*11am-10pm/10am-9pm(2hrs Break) ,

*5 days / week*Rotating shifts, include weekends / PH

*8 ~ 9 rotational rest day / month

*1 - 2 year F&B experience required

*Hardworking, energetic, able to work in a fast pace environment and multi task

Job description

【Kitchen Staff】

Preparation of food

Serving customers with high hospitality

There is overlap of duties for the kitchen and service roles, that is, we expect employees to be comfortable in both roles eventually, even though we start off as a kitchen only or service only staff

Part-Time Kitchen Staff / Service Staff

*$8 ~ $11/ hr (Depending on experience)

Part time shift available for Liang Court

Service/Kitchen $12 per hour 11pm to 3am, only Fridays, Saturdays and eve of PH at Liang Court (Clarke Quay) store transport home and meals are provided

similar job scope as service full timer.

Hours: 8 hours or more per day on Fridays, Saturdays and public holiday.

Typically 12pm to 9pm with an hour break.

 *No experience needed as OJT will be provided.

*Able to work on weekends and public holidays
